Welcome to St. John’s Lutheran Church

Welcome to St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.  We invite you to have and enjoy what we have and enjoy: worship that is lively yet genuine and fellowship that transcends our differences.  You will discover opportunities at St. John’s to deepen and exercise your faith through study and service. We are people who have been through a lot and whose faith has been tested and refined. We are people who are just learning about the world and whose faith is still being formed. We are people who do not feel God’s grace toward us has been in vain. We are sinners who know our sin. We are saints baptized in Christ Jesus who believe in the forgiveness of sins. We are children of God, born, not of our willing, but God’s willing. We are people like you, who struggle to do the right thing and even to believe the unbelievably good news of salvation.  We invite you to join with us in this journey of faith, as we worship, and pray, and sing, and work, and have fun; rejoicing in the salvation God has accomplished and graciously bestowed on us through our Savior Jesus Christ.
